Consultations

At Pom nutrition I offer an empathetic and warm experience in my one-on-one consultations, or through my private and corporate talks, to help educate, inspire and ensure you too can get a balanced and healthy body and mind.

Available for both online and in person consultations in Hampshire or London.

    • Within 2 working days of your initial consultation, you will receive your personalised health plan, which includes actionable steps, such as dietary and lifestyle modifications, targeted supplementation, and functional testing recommendations (if appropriate).

    • During these 30–60-minute follow-up session(s), we will review your progress, go through any results, discuss current challenges, and explore any modifications to your goals. You may receive an amended plan to reflect any changes discussed (if needed).

    • The first step is to schedule your appointment and decide your preferred consultation format - either in-person at your choice of clinic, or online via video call link.

    • Once scheduled, you will be sent a health questionnaire to submit online prior to the appointment. This ensures our time together is most effective. You can also upload any previous test results or doctor correspondence that might be relevant.

    • During this 60- 90-minute consultation, we will comprehensively assess your current health status, including your medical history, nutritional and lifestyle habits, and discuss potential areas for change.

    • We will also explore relevant functional testing options, that fit within your budget, to support your journey towards optimal well-being.
