Vibrant Green Matcha Smoothie

Fuel your day with this vibrant matcha smoothie - an energising blend of clean green tea, healthy fats, and natural sweetness. It’s the perfect way to boost focus, support metabolism, and glow from the inside out.

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 tsp culinary grade matcha powder

    • 2 tbsp hot water (~80°C / 175°F)

    • 1/2 tsp raw honey or date syrup (optional)

    • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

    • Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk matcha with hot water until fully dissolved and slightly frothy.

  1. Stir in the natural sweetener if desired, or skip for a raw taste.

  2. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the almond milk, then top with the matcha mixture.

  3. Stir gently and enjoy clean energy with calm focus.
